    Call Phil @ Klub Sport

Give Phil Bagley a call at Klub Sport. If he does not have one he'll know where to find one. He can be reached at (561) 844 8752. You can also e-mail to:

    officemanager@klubsportracing.com

He had two at the shop, I know that he sold one. I can't remember if the other one is still there. I hate to say it, I'm there at least once a week and I no longer notice something as special as an RS!

I believe they have been preparing Porsches for quite a while.

    Smile 2.7RS Spelling Bee

Sumner wrote: "Call and ask." He's absolutely right, lots of questions to ask.

Car is in France, advertised on www.mobile.de, a German Internet car sales site. Text reads: "Ein echter 2,7RS leichbau mit dem sehr seltenem 2,9 liter ROETMAYER Motor 282 PS Das auto ist in einem erlichen super zuschtand Es ist in Franckreich Deutscher Brief kein problem."

My take on the English translation:

A true 2.7RS lightweight with a very seldom (rare) 2.9 liter motor by Roitmayer making 282 horsepower. This car is in really super condition. Located in France but obtaining German registration papers for it would be no problem.

I got a chuckle out of the Seller's final statement from the advertisement, "Vier spraechen sehr gud deutsch." I just hope he speaks Deutsch better than he spells it.

English not so easy with the seller, but apparently the power was upgraded with this new engine in 1974. The car has never raced. It should be featured in the latest edition of the RS Magazine (French Porsche magazine).
