My 73E barn find sort of

More like a car port in the back yard find. Extra set deep 6's, H1's, Jacky Ickx steering wheel, complete tool kit... and rust in the rockers and fenders. Let the documentation begin.

Awesome, looks a little rough, was the price too good to pass up?

My S/O is getting annoyed with me whenever we go on our weekend walks. I am always telling her how I dream of finding an early Porsche ignored in the back of someone's garage.

Patience, my good man...the rust photos will be posted tomorrow, with good light, for full disclosure. Already ordered rockers. I think the fenders are trashed.

Found it in Indy. Belonged to the guy that rebuilt the engine in the E I just sold.

You guys won't believe this cars transformation by Christmas time. Stuff comes flying apart tomorrow.

I saw the car last night and its a hell of a find..I don't think its as bad as Bill says, the trunk looks great and where there is rust around the rockers and lower front fenders nothing thats not easily repairable (I've seen Bill bring back a lot worse than this!)..The engine sounded strong....it will make a great restoration project..... I'm looking forward to sitting, drinking beer and watching Bill work on it
