Short wheelbase places it as pre '69, door handles say it is a '68. It has later, incorrect door panels and door pockets I believe. Does not have the 911S red engine shroud. As the '68 911S was not officialy imported to the US, I realy doubt this is a S, but this is just on a quick purusal, and I'm not an expert on this stuff.

It is a SWB and it does have S trim on the bumpers but, T trim on the rockers? Wheels don't mean anything. Correct lid and grill but silver 911S emblem??? Correct wiper position and other than the blades look correct.

S tach is there, looks like a normal rear view mirror but, the pics aren't really conclusive to me. Could be a washed out faded black mirror. Still leaning towards chrome by the shape though.

I'd say both entire doors were replaced. The seats look later to me also. Later steering wheel. Crappy interior aftermarket carpet, rear seats have been changed. Wrong shift knob. Might be a hint of red shround in that mess of an engine compartment.

    Without the VIN, who knows.

Door and seats appear to be from a '69. Front Turn indicators are mostly clear, interesting

How about the obvious stuff? Side decos don't look wide enough for '67S. Black engine shroud...wrong.

Based on the seller, I will posit that I think it is a real S, somewhat basterdized. Say, new doors cause the old ones were rusty, etc. If someone doesn't "Buy it Now" so to speak, we will see the guy post VIN etc. maybe with more pics. I think it the real (rusty) deal. But, then, I'm an optimist, trusting sort.
