    Viper Green & Radium Green!!

I know, semi off topic. I had a friend come by my house Saturday. I just wanted to show a few pics of my 73S along with my friends just finished 10 year restoration 356 Radium Green(very trendy name at the time of nuclear exploration)

Anyone want to guess model year?

Split-screen Pre-A with no aluminium insert for rear screen & Banjo steering wheel ... 1950 or '51.

Looks fabulous - one of my favourite colours for an early 356.

I am not so in to pre A but since there is a alu trim/ deco between the bumper and the body, I think this is called a body bumper car and those were MY51?

Answer; you are very close, its one of the first steel body 356, 1950. This guy has been 3-4 times a year at the factory searching through Porsche arcives etc. to get it right..... Seats and part of the interior has been restored in the UK, the rest is done by himselves.
