Jack location, tool kit, tire inflator bottle or compressor

My question is with a 69-73 911 where does the tool kit, jack and air bottle or air compressor go? Also in an RS light weight without carpet do they just bounce around or did they leave them in the pits when they raced? Thanks Ron

jacks were just positioned/wedged in front of the spare tire up against the front of the trunk. no mount or straps were used. I am not sure there was a single correct place for the tool kit, I will defer to those that took delivery of their 911's from the factory in those days or saw the tools being put in the cars on the assembly line. If they were even put in the cars at the factory. It could have been something Porsche shipped with the cars in some kind of packaging and the dealers gave them to the owners at the time of purchase. I would like to know this myself. Good question
