    1971 911t

I found a 1971 911t soft window for sale. I cannot find any info if the soft window was produced in 1971. The vin on the car confirms it is a1971 targa. Also, I know T's are not as desirable as the S or E but does the 'soft window' part make it a little more valuable? Thanx for any input.

Yes, soft window makes it more valuable. The latest official reference to a soft window in the catalogs that I can find is 1970. If this is a '71, it could be one of those. Very rare, regardless; soft window LWBs are not a dime a dozen. I am not sure what that means in terms of value.
