    swb lens and seat questions

    I'm restoring a 1967 911 and I wanted to go with the Euro lenses front and back

    1. can they be changed with out having to buy the whole assembly

    2. where can I get the Euro Lenses

    3. did the 67 seats came with basket weave in the center?

    1. Kind of, you have to break out the old lenses and glue the replacements in place, I haven't tried it so I don't know what that looks like.

    2. A number of places have them, search on e-bay but they are usually repo's which may not have the correct color.

    Some seats had PEPITA, some didn't. Depends on what the COA for your particular car says.

    FWIW, my 67S seats have the basket weave insert and it's listed on my COA.
