    72E Oil hose question

Can somebody help with the part number of this oil hose (red arrow) for my 72E?

I still do not have the factory manuals only the PET, where it looks like part 901.107.301.12, but looking at the part photo the hose looks way shorter than required.

I think, do not laugh, that it goes from the oil cooler to the oil filter...

I need to replace it as the hose is cracked and has been "merged" where the blue circle is.

    TIA. Arturo

    Thumbs up

Thanks Alan, Moparboy72, Mike (will look for number and revert) & Edmayo for the info on the hose, it is very useful to me as I was going to order o wrong part number...

My PET was showing only a 65-71 & 73 picture oil system not a 72, that was my mistake.

    Cheers. Arturo

    72E oil line

Arturo, the oil line part number from the 72 parts book is 911-107-720-01, described as "hose from engine to console" This would be for cars WITHOUT the front oil cooler. As Andy has posted, he bought one recently as a 11 suffix, rather than the 01, that would be the current superceded part number, the difference being in the type of hose and the crimping method. You can use either number to order from the dealer, they automatically apply any current superceded number.
