What Kind of Lights are These?

I've been cleaning out my garage and found a pair of what appear to be fog lights that I had forgotten about. I've had them for many years and I have no idea what applications they were used for. Can someone enlighten me? (sorry )

    Thanks,
    John

Looks like Opel to me. However, the lense/reflectors should be the same as our favorite 118 fogs. Keep the lense/reflectors and metal recycle the housings.
