    Is this genuine? Never seen one go past the bottom for 300km/h

    I don't think its real according to the part number it should go to 250km/h

    Yeah... that '300' font isn't even close.

    300 km/h speedo RSR

    Hello John,

    You are correct: the 300 mark should appear at 6 o'clock on the face of the speedo. Here is an image of the original part.

    Stoddard had some of these nos a couple of years ago.

    Real 300km/h tacho only appears in Mars 73 for RS 2,7,should have 73 date stamp and correct part n° 911 641 503 00

    I think he says in his ad that is from 1969 - 1970. It has the early clamp in type mounting, so it is in no way from 1973 right?
    Maybe an early racing part. Never saw one before, but it looks genuine to me, I kind of like the sweep...

    It doesn't say VDO but the font from the crappy pic on the back looks like the correct stamping. I don't think he is saying it is from a 73 but stored since 73. Maybe just a cheap face change?
