    FS Factory 901 Short Shifter

    This is a Porsche factory short shifter for the 901 transmission. Not sure when these were first made, could have been 911R. This is in great shape with an very nice 5 speed knob. Includes extras: longer bolts and modified heater control (plate). $400 shipped in lower 48. $425 other WW spots. Please email direct DrRSR@aol.com or PM. Thanks.

    Just out of Curiosity, what is the little lever in front of the shifter for ?? Is it a lockout of some sort ??

    The little lever

    is for the heater control on a '67, at least. I included it in the sale because the plate (not visiable) the lever attaches to has to be modified for clearance because the SShifter is raised. The lever is a free-be; the plate can be sunstitued keeping the original lever with the original car (because the lever is attached to the heater cables) and then the change to SS is easy.
