WTD: Detailed photo of straps holding front carpets on SWB

I did not have the pleasure of removing the carpets on my 67. Now, putting a new carpet set back in, I am trying to figure out the proper routing of the straps at the top of the driver's and passenger's carpets that tie into the pedal boards. Do they go over the top of the carpet and back down? Anyone have a nice photo?

    Thanks in advance!

Correct or not, I thread mine up through the retainer and call it good. The carpet is secure and that works for me. Others may hold me in silent contempt for not being proper, but it at least gives them something to do.
