    Help ID these cams

    I have a set of what are billed as "S" cams, but I am having a problem confirming this. They have never been installed.

    they have part numbers on them...

    901.105.110.1R
    901.105.183.0R

    Any ideas on what I can do to help ID these puppies.

    Per my reference:

    the 901.105.110.1R is a 1965 Solex cam (right)
    the 901.105.183.0R is a 1972-73S,73-75RS MFI cam (left)

    I was sold a set of the same part numbers as S Cams!

    A guy in New York (a registry member) sold me the very same part numbers as 1969-73 911S and 2.7 Carrera camshafts. Have I been ripped off (accidentaly or on purpose) by a registry member? I have not installed mine yet. I only just unpacked them to check the part numbers. Any info would be greatly appreciated. M

    Anything can be reground. Part numbers probably mean the least of any part when it comes to cams. I send all cams I buy/use to John Dougherty for measuring on his CamDoctor. Cheap insurance.
