    901 shift knob NOS insert on Ebay

    Has anyone bought one of these. Seller states they are NOS replacement shift knob pattern diagrams.

    I looked at his pictures side by side and noticed that the numbers look different and it makes me think he had these made.

    Yeah me too, used car, used knob!

    I've been watching this to see where the price goes and then how many "NOS" ones he has. Might be the new craze like badges!
    In the side by side comparison the numbers and the letter appear too fat and the surround too thin.

    I'm fairly certain Porsche never offered that item separately, so it HAS to be a reproduction. The ebay ad even says he has a few of them. Another dead giveaway...
