    Bad Timing

    Hey Sherwood,

At least I made December's meeting, but I'll be out of town again. Brazil this time.

If my schedule changes, I'll be there though!

    JP,
Brazil. That's tough duty. Sorry to hear about that.

BTW, JP's ride is the black '74 Carrera in the above photo.

For those of you not heading for Brazil that weekend, see ya in LaCanada.

    Mark,
I didn't get a chance to meet everyone, but let's make it a point to introduce ourselves next time... or did we actually shake hands while I was half-asleep and shivering? If so, my apologies due to brain fade.

It was the largest turnout so far, close to 30 owners and their rides, due in part to many short hood guys who saw the invite on Pelican's forum. There may have been longer journeys, but we had folks driving in from Newport Beach and Temecula, among other locales. It's surprising how much ground one can cover in So. Cal when most people are snoozing. A nice cross-section of Porsche vehicles we had. Owners too.

I'll download some pics when I can catch up.

    Next one is in Feb.

    Hi Sherwood,
I believe we did meet but this was my first outing here and I met several people. Yes, I drove from Temecula but what a morning for a drive! Our cars love this weather but I need another sweater next time.
There was 4 of us there yesterday who had all met when we owned 912's but 3 of us now own 911's. Looking forward to the next meet or see you down at the event in Costa Mesa next month.
