For Sale Rare 4-screw 1965 Horn Grilles

Very rare 1965 4-Screw Horn Grilles. These are not the cheap repros, and they are not the later 2-screw version, they're the real deal 4-screw grilles. These are probably as nice as you're going to be able to find; they are not *perfect* for the most discerning of enthusiasts--they are 43 years old--however they are superb for pretty much any restoration. My friend was doing some chrome work, and sent these along with his parts to Super Fine Shine in Ohio. They did a REALLY nice job- some of you know how hard it is to find guys that can do a quality chrome job. The chrome work was really expensive, I think environmental concerns and other things are closing down a lot of chrome places? In any case, worth the money.

Someone restoring a '64 or '65 911 would love these. I'll throw out a number-$450 shipped. You guys can let me know if that's too high or too low, I do want to sell them and fairly but don't want to 'run an auction' and it always bugs me when people don't post a price. So, let me know if you want 'em. Thanks, Scott (email address in sig)

**It was hard to get good photos of these. If you want any more I can try in daylight.

Although I have a pair of 4-screw horn grills kicking around, I'm wondering who could do a credible job of re-doing the pot metal 2-screw horn grills? They all seem to be pitted.

    Thanks,
