Factory "TALL" manifolds vs PMO manifolds

Has anyone taken measurements of a factory tall manifold for weber 46's ( hard to find) vs a PMO manifold ( easy to find). What is the difference in height and why do the factory ones command such a big price??

Hello: The factory 906 manifolds are magnesium and not alot were made. PMO makes two different heights of manifolds. They are aluminum and actually flow better than the factory ones. If I can remember correctly the factory manifolds are 10mm taller than the tall PMO manifolds. Hope this helps. Thanks, Eric

Factory 906 manifolds are 98mm tall.

    PMO manifolds are 82mm tall.

Std Porsche manifolds for Weber 40 IDA/IDS/IDT's are 68mm tall.

Here is a pic , I think the pmo talls 46 (at least the old ones) are the same as the mag 46factory ones,
lower pic factory 40 and pmo 40 which is taller than the factory 40.
sorry no measurements at this time.
