    67 Grill VS 68 Grill

    Is there a difference with these 2 SWB cars? If possible, pics please ????

    65-68.5 had split decklid grills. 68.5-69 had 3 bar grills. So 68 could have had either grill depending on production.

    Curt I believe they are the same the green is a 68 the blue is a 67 the other two are ones I had same deal one off a late 66 the other off a 68

    Bob is correct I believe. It all depends on the engine lid you have. Center rib? Split grill. Open center? Three bar grill.

    Up to the following VINs the car had the old style (split decklid) in the 68 production year

    >> 1180 0378
    >> 1180 5121
    >> 1181 0289
    >> 1182 0367
    >> 1183 0259
    >> 1185 0117
    >> 1185 5029
    >> 1186 0106
    >> 1187 0092
    >> 1188 0063
    >> 1282 0158
    >> 1287 0336
    >> 1280 1831

    Following numbers had the 3 bar grill.
