SWB Windshield Reservoir AKA Oil Catch Tank

This just became my spare. It's dirty and stinky but should clean up with a little effort. These were used as Oil Catch Tanks supplied by the factory "back in the day". If I have to explain further then consider it a useless SWB 65-67 windshield reservoir with a hole in it.
Includes original mounting screws, cap with suction stem, and original plastic washers. Willing to trade for a med mocha no whip ($3.50) plus $8.75 USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48.

Another one from the Jennings car and one from a 911R. The clips are sort of scarce but easy enough to make.

It's a nice photo you attached, but I'm still baffled as to how it catches oil.

Yes - Tom's pic illustrate the function better than pics I posted.

A couple years ago I remember an Ebay auction for a genuine Factory Oil Catch Tank. Everything is the same except for the red cap. It was in NOS bleach white condition. It sold for over $250.

It is my understanding that the strap is for a 356 fuse panel - correct?

Tom - question - what would make a good substitute for the red cap? It's got to be something silly like a Snapple cap or battery post cap. Thoughts?

BTW - I need to give credit to Wilberg for the above diagram.

Guys.... Stoddard item # PCG-628-720-22 should be the 1966-67 washer bottle @ $61.45 & item # 644-628-091-00 should be the holding strap for fuse cover used in this application [ a 356 part ] @ $5.15 Hope this helps
