Genuine 914-6 380MM Wheel with Hockey Puck Horn Button

This is a genuine part number 914-6 steering wheel recovered by Tony of Autobahn Interiors. Part number is 914 347 805 10 with a date stamp of 12 69. It had the firm foam base with leather cover before getting the double-wrap ($350) from Tony. It is in overall excellent condition but has two blemishes as noted with red arrows in pics. The first blemish is in the upper right spoke where you can see about 1/8" glue. The second blemish is a flea size nick which was not deep enough to expose primer of metal. Both blemishes would require a touch up respray but were never enough to bother me and I am easily bothered by minute details.
The horn button is also in overall excellent condition. The bell shaped rubber "thingee" on the back was replaced when the wheel was completed. The chrome ring is nice and shiny. The crest center is nice and rich black with no markings.
This is bolt in and ready to go. I will include the horn cancel ring and horn contact cylinder. It does not include spindle spring because I robbed it to use for my new wheel.
I want to sell as a package so I am not willing to separate at this time unless there is no interest. I will update my post later to reflect my decision.
Asking $975 plus $25 insured UPS shipping to the lower 48. Not willing to accept Paypal unless you want to pay the 3% fee. Personal cks welcomed with no need to clear from ESREG or RG members.

    Bob -

Nice looking wheel. If I hadn't just bought one, this is a GREAT deal for someone. What are you putting in its place for wheel and catch tank?

Tom - I just thought you were very enthusiastic! Sold - pending payment. TX!
Jim - I change my steering wheels as frequently as my oil. I recently installed a totally tits Jackie Stewart Momo wheel with my old solid hub and I have my eye on another unique wheel. I like the protos but wanted something flat and different. None of my friends would give up their flat protos. The oil catch tank got replaced only because I found a VERY near new condition bottle.

Love the jacky wheels! Tom S had a picture a while back of a Momo "1" wheel - that looked awesome too. Glad to see that the car is always a work in progress. Nice sale on the wheel..................Cheers.

Does it fit in a 911?I heard the distance between dashboard-steeringwheel is is not more than 4cm(1.5 inch).

That picture looks an awful lot like Turn 3 at Willow...
