Were chrome steel wheels available in 1971?

Dan in RI's post made me wonder what was the last year the steel wheels came on the Ts, and what size were they in 71? Were chrome wheels still available then?

The Paternie Red Book says, for 72-73, "The standard wheels and tires on the T were 5.5Jx15, nonchromed, steel units with Dunlop 165/70HR15 tires. The E in many markets came with 6Jx15 steel wheels..."
