Restoring second battery in Early Car

I have one optima battery installed in the left fender of my 72 (which is how I purchased it) and now I'd like to add the other battery. I know I can get the ground strap from Pelican, but I cannot find the oem positive lead. Has anyone had any luck sourcing this wire and terminal? I know I could make my own but I'd rather it look stock.

And do you get your Optimas from Pelican?

The correct cable ends are still available from Porsche, but I don't think a "stock" appearance applies to two Optimas laying on their sides. Two Sonnenschein batteries will have a stock fit and appearance and they are gel type non venting batteries.
