    That's the Mitcom "update" that's supposed to replace the license panel.

    Installer was unclear on the concept.

    Gotta love the complete cluelessness of that. Who's more foolish, the body shop who did it, or the owner who paid them to do it?
    The only thing more clueless would be for a guy to drop his car off for a new engine and then to come back and find that the mechanic has mounted it it the front
