Need Help With Blaupunkt Frankfurt Mounting Brackets

I need help from someone please. I have a Frankie that I want to install in my T and have everything ready to go, but do not have the spacer brackets that mount to the front of the radio. These are the brackets that space the front of the radio the proper distance away from the back of the dash. Does anyone have these and can take some measurements for me? I will need to fab them as I have not had any luck locating them. Thanks for your help.

Going to post a WTB also.

Scott, I don't have an extra pair, but here's a pic of the clips you're looking for and how they mount to the radio.
They're back in the car, so measuring would be tough!

Did you try Josep at oldautoradio.com ?

Thanks Jared. Interesting, those front spacers look different that any I have seen. The ones I have seen mount to the front of the radio only and not around the sides. It looks like those wrap around the sides for additional stability. Maybe that is for the 73 model only? Also, I have not see that bracket that you show on the back of the radio. Is that a 73 only item or do early MY cars have that as well? Looks easy enough to fabricate though.

    Thanks again Jared.

I believe this is how they all mount because the clips are made to secure the radio against the sheetmetal (see pic). The radio slides in from inside the car, back end first, toward the front bulkhead. The clips will compress, and then pop out once in place, securing the radio. The rear bracket secures the back of the radio to the bulkhead. The instrument panel trim strip (including metal) goes on after the radio is installed with adhesive, it is not what supports the radio.
