Bosch 3 Pin CDI Fix Needed

My 3 pin CDI Bosch does not whine; I found that diode D5 is broken (physically) and smells. What is the best way to get replacement? Get the replacement from other faulty Bosch ignition, or can I get in shop or is there a way how to find out its parameters, so that I can search for equivalent? I checked all the ignition threads on Pelican, but did not find this info, not even in Early S Man's posts.
Does anyone having broken CDI with good D5 willing to sale/part with? That is the only component I need for fixing mine.

    Thanks,
    Martin

I can't help with finding that one part, but Systems Consulting
(system sc @systemsc.com) can repair them.

Martin - you should be able to find the part you need at any good electronics parts supplier - do a search on google for Zener diode.

In the UK we have suppliers like RS Components, Maplins, etc.
