    Parts Catalog

Why don't you go to PCNA web site and look in their Classics Area. If you look around a little you will find they have the PET Catalogs for all the cars as PDF files. Although I have never tried you might be able to download the one you need for continual reference.

Link to PET for 70-73 on Porsche website

Download the PDF and it's interactive through Acrobat reader, which is free from Adobe if you don't have it. PET for all years/all models is available on the Porsche website.

    https://techinfo.porsche.com/techinf...73_KATALOG.pdf

Click the link, after it appears in a new window save it to your harddrive (click file, click save as...)

    Hope this helps,
    Scott Turnbull

Thanks for the info/leads guys, however I was told that there was a specific PET for 71 only since there were many parts that were 71 specific, although I'm sure the 70-73 includes most things...

    I don't think there's a specific 71 version. I downloaded them all in case
they ever went away and the -1 version I use goes to 69, the next one
is -73 which covers the cars 70-73. Each list shows the alternate parts
in brackets and the years they apply to.

Does anyone have a "Search-Trick" to find out what this Tach came from?...I have tried for USA and Germany but don't get any hits...btw, can't find any "Classic Area" on PCNA, but it's pretty convoluted...if anyone has a link it is appreciated...Thanks / Lars...

Lars - that's an early pre-'70 tacho as used in the 911R & available from the race department.

These used the threaded studs/brackets to hold them in the dash as opposed to the later interference fit/convoluted rubber seal.
