I have been totally satisfied with the work done by

    GOLDLINE BRAKES

John, the owner runs this small, specialized one-man endeavor in Seatlle and in my expereience does outstanding work, on time, with great care and precision and at prices that reflect the quality of his efforts. Of particular interest to me was the aero-space poymer coating he uses to re-finish the calipers, which, unlike ordinary powdercoating does not encpsulate heat, rather dissipates it efficiently.

Everyone to whom I've recommended John has been very happy with his work.

    SWB caliper finish

Tom, here is the photo of new old stock calipers that showed-up on ebay in the original gold cad. Note: all the color dots for completion inspection.

Check out Eric's work. He has done my 4 SWB S calipers and a pair of Alloy 69's for me. Great guy, great price, very knowedgeable and timely.

I have no problem with the theory that all men are created equal.

    Eric

Eric has done brakes for my 911S and 914GT. I give him the highest marks. His communication is great and he has been more than willing to share his expertise with this board. He recently offered to secure balace lines for S calipers for memebers of this board at no profit for himself. I think it says volumes about his character. tom

Thanks guys. Many, many thanks Tom... get me some drawings of those pad pins!!

We have a complete set of 67S calipers in house now. We do them quite often actually.

I'm having a few extra sets of compensating lines made up for the rears as none are available.

Richard... have we been emailing? I've sent a few replies to a Richard about 66 calipers the last couple of days and yes, we can get the rear rotors machined for these as well.

I just got back from Germany yesterday so I'm a little tired but, give me a call tomorrow if you have any questions.

Richards calipers are in-house. His friend Ken sent along a nice set from a 66 car as well. We're in the piston extraction phase currently.

I may drop some pics in here so you can see the subtle differences between the rear L-Caliper and the Wide L-Caliper used on the S the next year.
