    Aluminum Torque Thrust Rims

I have had a few close calls but no takers on the rims. I apologize for making a mess of the post with the offer situation. Honestly, I had no idea anyone even wanted these rims until I had some one see a pic of my car and they directed me to this board. I have had some PMs and emails but no one has actually followed thru to date. I also noticed as I was preparing them for sale that 2 had some scratches on the outside lip. They were so dirty before I did not notice.

I realize I have worn out my welcome here. Bottom line is that I will not use them on my underpowered 69 912 Targa. They will sit in my attic until I sell them.

I did have them priced at 1K and figured I would test the market since I do not have any basis to make a pricing decision. I just want a fair price.

Perhaps I need the Dear Abby column instead of this board......

Rims still available - Taking offers

    Since my last post......

I had 1 person back out do to circumstances on their end.

I lost the emails from the other folks that made offers.

I did have time to get the crappy tires off and take pics of all four together.

Remember I have center caps(not Porsche) and a full set of original lugs.

Last call before they go on eBay.

    Hi Guy:

Are these wheels magnesium or aluminum? Do you know what they weigh?

    Thanks, Jens

They are aluminum. Not sure of the weight. I am not sure accurate the bathroom scale will be.

    I'm sure that the original post had a price - wasn't it $1000 ?

Seems odd to offer them again when at least 2 people said they'd take them (easy to contact via pm if emails have been lost) - price hike ?

    Yes it was, or offer.

Looks like the offer needs to go up!
