    Battery recommendations for 65

What battery should I buy for my 65? I'd like to get a sealed battery, but the ones I've found are the wrong size for the battery cover. I'd like to stay with the correct size and standard terminals. I think the original series was 22NF.

    All suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Alan

I use the Optima D51R. Great fit. The Sonnenschein is now NLA.

Does the D51R come with a decal that makes it look like a six-pack?

No, but I am happy to give you your choice of Schlitz, Burgermeister or Weideman...

I am working on a stealth sleeve for mine to make it look original, but don't hold your breath. I'm a bit busy to be taken seriously.
