    WANTED H1 retaining screw

    I need the retaining screw for an H1 headlight.
    Does anyone have one or two or know where I can source one?

    Are you talking about the screw that attaches the light to the fender or a different screw?

    Yes, it holds the H1 light assembly. Its different from the stock light screw. It appears that there is a similar screw for painted rims on the light but I think they are threaded for a second screw to hold the painted rim.
    If I'm wrong let me know, there are plenty much more knowledgeable than I.

    If I am understanding you correctly then you are looking for the screw that is missing in the following picture



    When I removed the US sealed beams from my car the exact same screw was used to install my H-4's and also fits into the H-1's. My car is a LWB;

    Stoddard's lists this part as 911-631-146-01 and it seems in stock.

    I hope this helps; Other wise I have a parts H-1 assembly.
