    WTB: carpet pieces for 70S (black interior)

    Hi all, I have a black interior on my 1970 911 "S" coupe but the Velour carpet. I only need the 2 pieces that cover the inside of the door rockers but would consider a very good condition complete set.

    I spoke with a guy yesterday about a Blaupunkt Frankfurt installation and we got to talking about how he is cleaning out his stock of early stuff. He told me about a new set of carpets (black) for a coupe that he has listed on ebay. I was not interested because my 71 carpets are original and in pretty good condition, save the drivers mat. Plus they are silverknit (I think). He said that they were purchased new about 14 years ago and he cannot remember the manufacturer. PM me if you want his number to talk to him.
