1970 911T, former Swedish police car

I have a friend with a 1970 911 2.2T in Norway. The car was originaly a Swedish Police car. He is planning to sell the car, which is in good shape but not totaly original. Its now set up for light track racing, with the original engine slightly tuned and with stiffer undercarrige and original RS flares in the rear. Its originally paint code 700 black, and still is black(but was at one time yellow). He is working on further documentation on the car. He will be contacting the factory and the Swedish road autoritys for more documentation. I think it might be the twin of the swedish 1970 police car in the picture below.

What would a car like this be worth?

Fully restored as in the picture above, I consider this to easily be a $60,000+ car.

If the car is documented, the hard part will be finding the missing parts. And, if you go crazy on the restoration costs, that could add up to much of the final restored value.

If you can get the car for $20,000 and then spend $40,000 on the restoration, at least you'll come out even!
