    Red border foil stickers

    Has any one re-created the red border stickers found on 65 - 68 cars. I have a 69S, in the first 30 built, which seems to have had the red border stickers from new and I would like to replace them

    I have seen the site where they are printed on to PVC and another site where they are printed on foil but the foil is a bronze colour.

    Surely someone has done them correctly.

    AFAIK, there are no perfect reproductions out there at the moment. The closest are the foil ones like you probably found (the ones that Dr911e was selling here awhile back), and they are not perfect.

    Like John, I have a full set of (used) original stickers from a 67 S in case it helps. At some point I also need to find a source to replace these ones for my 67S.

    I don't know if they are accurate but try Ake's decals in the link below. Looks like alot of effort taken to offer a wide range of decals. Hope this helps.

    Likewise, but their stickers are on PVC anyway but wanted to buy some to see how they looked.

    My sticker is metal, never used. I will charge my camera and post a picture for the experts to evaluate.
