Derek Bell on track with an RS

Just saw this video of Derek Bell driving a new GT2 and a '73 RS. He's got an interesting reaction when told the value of the RS.

What a delightful clip. It sure is fun to see a pro like Derek, giggle at how well a car works.

    That was fun.

"Light and nimble" says it all. I took my orange car on a fun run with some friends this weekend and the car felt great. It thrived on the twisty bits. The steering felt light and direct. Braking was firm and the car just developed a rhythm on the turns.

Very enjoyable to drive the car as intended.

    Thanks for sharing.

I liked it when he said something like, "People ask me, how do I get into racing? Go buy a Porsche. Go racing." The unofficial motto of the POC. Two weeks ago, I drove my car to Willow Springs Saturday at dawn. Spent the weekend at 10/10's with Porsches spanning 41 years of models -- rear, mid and front engine, air and water-cooled, convertibles, targas, coupes. Then I drove home Sunday afternoon. Awesome!
