But Frank, I just offered all of your cars as a package deal to a Saudi Prince for $20M.

    This practice is so crooked.

At least its not you getting screwed, its the buyer getting screwed. But the broker should not be allowed to sell something he doesn't have rights to. You and the buyer should set up a hoax on the broker. Maybe get the buyer to sign an iron clad agreement for delivery of the car, then at the last minute raise the price of your car, or say you sold it to somebody else.

    That's nothing.

A gentleman solicitor (lawyer) up here in the north of England was visited by a trader who "wanted to research his car for a book".

Said trader takes loads of photos and documents everything - enjoys a cup of tea, then bids good day.

Gentleman lawyer was a bit miffed when he heard from friends that "his car, pictured in his garage was for sale in several magazines and the internet!"

I'm with you - tell no one 'nowt!

I always thought Frank's cars were priced at the TOP of the market

I don't know how much this would help, but you could try adding a watermark to all of your photos (name and phone #).
