    Wheel question, will this hubcap fits onto this steel wheel?

    Hi guys,
    Just a simple question about the steel wheel and the hubcap.
    Please see picture.
    Will this hubcap fits on to this steel wheel?
    I'm planning to replace the spare tire with 195/60/15

    If its a "C" hubcap it should fit.
