FS: '72 911T owners manual and later speedometer

1972 911T owners manual has seen better days. It is missing at least the last page and there are many pages where someone has crossed out information with an ink pen (as though it didn't pertain to their car).

Speedometer from what is believed to be a 914. I have no clue as to its working condition. It was in a box of 912 part I purchased. Looks better in person.

    Andy,
What are the tell-tell signs of a '68/'69 912 speedo? I was guessing a date from the sealing ring which is defianately not a '68. PET showed that sealing ring starting in '74. Granted it might not be original to the speedo. Did the max MPH change after '69?

Sorry - was looking at the face of the speedo & hadn't registered the fact that it used the interference-fit concertina rubber seal.

It must be from a '70-'73 914/4 since only those & the '68/'69 912 models had 120 mph speedos with white figures/black bezels but the 912 would have had the gauge held into the dash with threaded lugs/brackets on the back.

After looking through my PET program, it indeed looks like it probably is a 914 speedometer. Interesting enough, there are multiple speedometers for 914/4's and one for the 914/6. I found some numbers under the sealing ring and it looks like this was from 1970. No VW marking so maybe it is from a 914/6?

It's not from a 914/6 - they used 150 mph speedos similar to a 911 from the same year.
