    UK help please

    I need help from the UK gang if possible.

    I am trying to track down the complete ownership history of RS #197 which I recently acquired from Joe Barnes


    It had one german owner till 1990 where it was advertised at Autofarm on consignment from that owner in March 1990

    I know it was susequently sold by DK Engineering, a ferrari dealer, in the UK to Prancing Horse Pty Ltd in Japan where it was first registered in April 1996


    I am trying to fill in the 6 year gap from 1990 to 1996 where it seems the car may have been in the UK. I have heard that a "famous" not sure how famous racing car driver owned the car

    Josh Sadler at Autofarm would be able to help but he isn't either by phone or email

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Surprisingly I have the hardest part of the equation, a full Japanese ownership history, which if you have ever tried is very hard to acquire.

    If it was in the UK it would have been tracked by Josh Sadler and also David Gilhooley (PCGB 2.7RS Register Secretary).

    I can pm you Josh's cell number and I'll try and find David Gilhooley's email when I'm back at my home computer.

    It was in the UK from 1990 to 1996

    Josh hasn't answered several emails I have sent him and won't answer my calls his staff keep saying he is unavailable....sure.

    His employees do acknowledge he could easily from his hand written bible tell me who he sold it to and probably what happened after that also.

    I need someone who knows him, who he will speak to, to ask on my behalf I think.
