    Nice '70E on at "Carplanet"

    Not mine. Same guy who sold the original '67S Targa for $114k (as I recall) on eBay a month or so ago.

    There may be some background on this one. It was posted as a commercial ad this weekend and the author was invited to delete as this forum is only for non-commercial sales. However, before it was deleted a member posted that this car was purchased very recently for $18k with the promise to the seller that "it was a keeper." The post stated that nothing had been done to improve the car since purchase but it seems that he knows the PO.

    Note: this is all hearsay and repeated from an earlier post. I have no first-hand knowledge. If the earlier member would like to clarify, please do so.
