Most everything looks like what I found on my '67 with the exception of the Bosch piece on the left end.

It does look like a 67 panel. The bosch item on the upper left appears to be the size and shape of the inducer used to triger an early square wave tach with cdi. What markings are on it? tom

Al,
That is an SWB panel, no way to tell if it's for an S but there is no difference.
The good:
Original German bendix fuel pump with banjo fittings
Original ballast resistor
Original ballast resistor relay (mounted upside down)
Looks like an original Voltage Regulator, but can't tell, not a good enough photo.
The bad:
Wrong coil, that is a CDI coil. Someone was using this with a CDI system, hence the "intermediate unit" necessary to drive the low-impedance SWB tach off the coil. It says "einbau senkrecht klemmen unten" which means "install with contacts down" whoever put it there can't read German.
The terminal block for the positive wire is broken, these are NLA.
That is not the right ground wire, it should be brown, and the connectors are USA aftermarket with the blue insulation, not original German brass with rubber covering.
SWB cars did not use a fuel filter. You should use one, though.
The panel should be semigloss black with silver plated clips for the screws.
All in, I would say it's a good starting point for an SWB panel. See my thread called "Before There Was BHKZ" for all there is to know about this stuff.
