    '69 - '73 Basket Weave Door Panel

    Driver's side door panel from a '68 model in basket weave vinyl. Very nice original condition. Cosmetically it is sharp. The back side of the panel needs some work to be perfect. Asking $100 OBO. Let me know if the price is way off, I'm flexible.

    A 1968 has a one year only built in pocket its about one foot long.

    Ok, this panel must fit 69-73. The die line matches my '70. I didn't know about the door pocket although I did get a door pocket in this lot of parts that looked curious. It might be a for a '68 model. I will post pics tonight.

    Gotcha.

    The door pocket that I have doesn't appear to be from a '68 either, but it doesn't match my '70. I'll have to post a pic. It could be from a VW. I bought a lot of parts from a guy who was cleaning out his garage to move and got a mix of parts which he said were from a '68 911, '70 911, and a VW. I've only owned '70 and '72 model 911s, so I'm not familiar with anything earlier than these years.

    Then it is likely from a VW. AFAIK - 69 - 73 were the same.
