    RSR Dash Switches

Forgive my ignorance, but I would be interested to know the function of the two switches to the left of the steering column and above the ignition key on a 73 RSR?

    Thx

    Martin

Thx for the response - presumably this was a safety feature?

Hi Martin, if you have a fault in the twin plug system you can tell by pulling the respective switch whether it's the top or bottom bank.

Does anyone have a part number or 'standalone' photograph for one of these switches plus a circuit diagram showing the 'switched' twin-plug setup?

    Thx

Here's a link that will take you to the engine wiring diagram for a 911R (from Ernie's website):

    ignition switches

I think the twin plug ignition switches are the same part as a 356 headlight switch.
