Yes a good idea and one my to do list. Have to drill the brass wing nuts. Do you have a source for springs of the correct length?

The only problem I see with the fiberglass rain hats is a little backfire through the carbs (they all do now and then) can start a pretty nasty fire.

    Front Trunk Details

Extra leather belt from my briefcase stained and worked over by my friend. Canvas army belt from ebay. I cut and fitted using brass screw in rivets from Tandy leather. Copied the design from a 67R that was pictured on this site.

You can also see what the rennline Blower and smuggler box covers looked like before I covered up the Rennline tags with my extra grill badges.

RSR strut brace by Klub Sport. Shock tower hardware and front latch still out being re-plated at time of picture.

100L race tank with dog bowl and through the hood fill as put in by Klub sport.

    Badges

3.0 deck lid emblem recommissioned for interior use. 991_50 badge found a new home after losing its spot on my rear deck to a vintage german doctors driving club badge.

Extra grill badges used to cover up the Rennline tags on Blower and smuggler box covers.
