Very nice, bringing together many features from several years! How did you mount the 917 shift knob on your Rennshift shifter?
    Keep up the speed!

Bespoke (and smart)! Comfortably and safely away from the wheel while bringing the other controls to a position that suite your build.

Height (and weight) is a distinct advantage as a racer. Not many over 6' tall. In F1 I believe Mark Weber may be the only bloke who is 6 feet tall. All the rest are in the 5'7" to 5'8" range with Massa at 5'5" tall. Nascar is about the same. Michael Waltrip was the wild card at 6'5". Jeff Gordon is 5'7".

Shorter folk and small feet fit better in cars and on MOST sport bikes. FACT.

Geesh, a lot of research on driver heights.

i've stood next to a few of them.

The Europeans I took at their word.

(Lack of) Height and WEIGHT are an advantage. I believe the KERS system pressed this fact.

Issued by the Factory to mechanics graduating from their training program. Pretty rare, valued by their owners, seldom change hands.

Thank you. Epoxy'ed in a threaded bolt of correct size to thread into the top of the shifter.

Thanks. Couldn't fully depress the clutch without hugging the steering wheel otherwise. I say I'm 5'7" although my wife is convinced I'm 5'6". So I guess it must be other factors that have kept me out of an F1 seat....
