Hella 118 through the grilles lights-On what cars used?

I can't imagine that a company like Hella would use its bolt-on driving and fog lights on only one car, so I was wondering which cars Hella used the 118 driving and fog lights on--the ones Porsche used in the 911/912 horn grilles. For example, might have they also been available to BMW, Audin, VW, Simca, etc. for their cars? Does onyone know? Thanks.
