70T on Ebay - What's the Turnoff?

not affiliated with the seller in any way, shape, or form, but my car has a similar spec and I'm wondering, what's the turnoff? It only bid up to $12,600? Car looks clean with the right bits and pieces for a modded / R Gruppe style early 911, and the right color.

1970 Porsche 911T in tangerine exterior with black leather interior and German square weave carpet. This is a two owner car with sunroof delete. Previous owner was a Porsche specialist. This car has a 1969 911E engine block built to a 2.7 litre specification: Mahle pistons, new rings, rod and main bearings, new type 964 oil pump, raceware headstuds, new timing chains, ramps, intermediate shaft, valves, valve guides, custom 5 angle valve job, new oil lines, flushed oil tank and cooler, new carbs and all new hardware throughout. This car has been fitted with a new sport muffler and the 901 gearbox has been rebuilt. The previous owner put $15,000.00 into this engine just before selling. The car has also been fitted with a larger 911SC fuel tank, Cibie H4 headlamps, 911S guages, front spoiler, and Weltmeister front and rear sway bars.
