    Lwt Rubber Mats

Im after pictures of the rubber mats (flooring) used in the lightweight cars, ie R', ST', RS' & RSR'. Close-up pics and thickness would be great.

    ST/RS Ltwt rubber mats

Martin Perez has reproductions on his Sierra Madre website. Take a look, they are not too expensive either.

Tom, I just bought some very similar matting from a rubber supply store here in Sydney. My carpet is original, so I wont be pulling it out, it is also wearing thin on the drivers side. I am cutting the rubber to fit over my carpet, to a close pattern of the original. I will post pics when done.

    911 R Floor Mats

The "V" shaped floor mat material used in 911 R's appears to be the same as was used in 1950 and 1951. A good replacement can be made using industrial floor mats such as are used in kitchens and other high traffic areas.

I took some quick pics on my phone camera. I am redoing them. i was a bit rushed. I will be able to use these as a template and tidy them up. Note, my car is RHD. They will look great when done properly.
