    Hi John,
Thanks for taking care of the passes for all the Porsche owners.
I was saving a cold beer for ya at the Pizza place in Monterey, next time join us if you have the time.

I guess last year at the Coronado races Dodge backed out and local new car dealers helped make it happen.
I've heard the event lost (like before) it's major backer this year.
So entries were asked to pitch in another $400.
Is the rumor true that HSR (vintage racing series on the west coast) has been invited to particapate too?
In your opinion is there a strong chance this is the last year for the Coronado vintage races?

    Good luck racing!

    Hi Mike,

I don't think this is the last year...they have good team going after sponsorhip for years to come. And the Navy is really fired up about hosting these events on the base.

I'm not a member of HSR, so I don't know if they were asked to join in. I do know some HSR members have entered...but I don't think anyone, HSR or other have heard if they have been accepted yet.
