Lee Rice Recommends Spark Plugs?

I just read an old Lee Rice article where he recommends Bosch FR6DTC triple electrode plugs.

Anyone out there using these?

I don't race - drive around town with an occasional blast up in the mountains.

Run the FR-5-DTC which is the Stock plug on a 964, the S really likes them.

I saw this and wondered. Lee is my brother. We kick around lots of tech stuff and he always shares info with me. This didn't sound correct to me.... and my notes on plugs don't reflect these either. So I shot him an email and here is his response.

I only recommended a BOSCH FR6DTC, in unusual circumstances!
I recommend a BOSCH: FR 5 DTC:
This is a resistor, triple ground electrode, mini plug (5/8" hex) all around heat range that works for stock and built 930 Turbos, 911SCs, 911S with MFI, 911T with Zeniths, Webers, etc. It works nicely on everything and I use the FR 5 DTC on all of my customer engines. Including my 3.2 short-stroke turbo engine 1968 911.
The FR 6 would not be a problem, only it is a bit warmer than I like to use. It may help an oil burner a bit to avoid oiling plugs.

Could you xref me where you saw this original info? It also could have simply be a typo, but I would like the opportunity to correct it. [Lee helps me with the big stuff and I do a lot of the dirty work. That is how it "works" so it evens out. :-> ] PM is fine or email jrice930 at comcast.net.
