Exclamation Maassen out of the 9R6

I hear that Sascha Maassen is replaced by Ryan Brisco in the #6 RS Spyder for Detroit through the rest of the year. It appears Porsche thinks he is too slow for Patrick Long and the team needs all the points results they can get to win the championship for manufacturers.

I am a real fan of Sascha Maassen. He is a fun guy to talk to and a great driver. His GT sports car championships are evidence of his driving skill.

I have nothing against Ryan Briscoe, I just am a real fan of Maassen. He helped Porsche develop the 9R6 at Weissach and in racing. He also had so many GT victories.

Here's his official website announcement: http://www.sascha-maassen.de/news/00...k&st=42&id=170

Wasn't he just featured in Excellence ? ouch !

I don't think "Crash" Briscoe is anymore reliable either. It's not the drivers, the Acuras have caught up! Dumas is no slouch and even he cannot beat the acuras most of the time now !
